The Rothley II ceiling fan features a quick fit system. This allows the fan to be installed faster. The blades also do not need any screws to be installed. Called “quick install blades,” this also allows for a seamless, quick installation when installing into your home, business or other. Mounting brackets are also slide-on, which continues the theme of an easy and fast installation. All of these ease of install options are fantastic. The average homeowner does not have a lot of time to install a ceiling fan (especially if you have children running around the house). Often times, installation can be contracted out to someone who has done this install many times, to make the job a bit easier overall.
The fan is rated indoor only though, so it should only be installed to indoor locations. There are two lights included and a pull chain. The fan does not specify if it comes with a remote or not – it may not. The Rothley II features a three speed motor with an airflow capacity of 4,470 cfm. The fan can be mounted with the 4.5″ downrod as a standard install, or as an angled mount. It cannot be mounted as a low profile or hugger fan.
